Bottlenose dolphins

May 15, 2011 by Victoria Rowe No Comment

Message from the Whale company: Bottlenose dolphins love to surf in the breakers. They feed twice daily, early morning and evening.

When dolphins are feeding, they often target bottom dwelling fish, thought they also eat shrimp and squid.

They are found further offshore and are associated with rocky reefs and areas with sandy bottoms (15 and 30 meters deep)
